SDDE-377 is a 2014 video from SOD Create – specifically the minds of producer Nomoto Yoshiaki, assistant producer Okamoto Chisato and director Tezuka Daisuke.
AV legend Uehara Ai is the star of this flick, which is in the style of a documentary, following her work as a hospital nurse. This is no ordinary hospital, however. Here, the patients all seem to be extremely horny men who require sexual release. It's Ai's job to tend to them by fucking them and letting them unload into her pussy.
They fuck on the beds, they fuck in the corridors, they fuck in the wash area. Spoiler alert: even her male colleague fucks her in his office. My favourite part might be where she fucks a guy in a wheelchair, and they wheel around the hospital whilst fucking, including in a lift.
Even though the premise of the video is quite simple, I appreciate the efforts the cast and crew put into making the setting look somewhat believable as a hospital. For one, it's a vast set with many rooms and areas on multiple floors. There are also many extras in the various locations, making it seem like a bustling hospital, including patients and other nurses (such as Miyakawa Remi).
Although the video has a simple idea, it's well executed, and Ai puts on a great performance, as can be expected. If you're into nurses, this is certainly worth checking out.
