Cadet Khloe is a 2023 film from studio TeamSkeet, which is very loosely based on 2002's Cadet Kelly, which starred Hilary Duff.
The star of this film is Khloe Kapri, whom we first see goofing off at school with her peng classmates Bratty Baybe, Kitty and Barbie Dracula.
The girls receive the results of their pop quiz. Khloe's answers include numerous references to the number 69, as well as a drawing of a penis, so naturally she failed. Not wanting to get into trouble with her super strict (step-)father, she convinces her teacher to give her a passing grade in exchange for sex. Unfortunately for Khloe, her (step-)brother catches them in the act, who then reports it to their dad, and she's sent packing to military school.
There, she makes friends with her bunkmates Freya von Doom and Chloe Temple. Yes, there's a Khloe and a Chloe. Totally not confusing. They're all tormented by drill sergeant Kira Handcock, which is a bit like Christy Carlson Romano's role in Cadet Kelly, but less mean.
Honestly, this film had potential, but the execution was quite poor. It feels really rushed and the pacing is all over the place. One highlight, however, is a scene set on Memorial Day. Family and friends gather, and the (step-)father gives a seven minute long monologue in respect to the fallen. I may not be American, but I couldn't help feeling a little emotional whilst listening to this rousing speech. Although, whilst that's going on, Khloe and her (step-)bro fuck at the back of the crowd. Because of course they do.
If you're considering watching Cadet Khloe, I recommend checking out the original, Cadet Kelly, instead. It's only half as long and is a lot, lot better, with a much more engaging story and convincing performances, and all round better production value.
