ABS-045 is a 2011 video from studio Prestige, written and directed by Honda Norihito.
Katō Rina stars as a woman whose place in the world has been shattered after her boyfriend Takashi dumped her (through a text message, no less). She travels far away from her home in Tōkyō and winds up at a coffee shop. When she asks the boss (Tony Ooki) if he knows of any jobs going around, he hires her on the spot, despite her inexperience.
Thus begins Rina's new career, serving guests, brewing coffee and doing the cleaning. So far, so wholesome. That changes when they get out the alcohol to celebrate Rina's first day at work. It turns out that Rina gets drunk really easily and, as she does so, she starts hitting on her new employer.
Things get dark when Rina falls asleep and the boss decides to undress and fuck her. From then on, it's a story with two sides: an upbeat one where Rina is doing her best at her job, and a far more outrageous one where her boss keeps getting her drunk so he can have his way with her.
This is an incredibly well produced video with a surprisingly gripping story and some fantastic performances. Rina's character is very endearing, and I really felt for her given what she has to put up with. The sex scenes, whilst often disturbing, were great, too. If you're into girl-girl scenes, Rina has one with Iori Ryōko who plays the boss's partner – they have awesome chemistry.
I highly recommend this video. Get the 140 minute version over the 130 minute version for a bonus gonzo-style scene where the cameraman fucks a drunk and horny Rina.
